About me

She has lived and worked on three continents: Africa, Europe, and America. This multicultural experience enhances her ability to understand, connect, and effectively support diverse profiles and needs. Alongside her consulting activities, she serves as a speaker and mentor in several programs dedicated to supporting youth, entrepreneurship, and African transformation. Through her talks and commitment, she advocates for ethical, ambitious, and grounded African leadership, actively contributing to the emergence of a new generation of leaders and project creators.

She’s the founder of BVR (Bouger, Vivre, Réaliser), founded in 2021. BVR provides consulting services to the public and private sectors as well as to project leaders, in various fields (change management, project management, market penetration, communication, etc.) with an approach and cultural dimension adapted to African markets and local realities. In 2024, she founded the BVR (Bouger, Vivre, Réaliser) Association (BVR ASSO). It’s dedicated to training project leaders and entrepreneurs in sound entrepreneurial practices, with a special focus on the leadership mindset of business owners in the African context. Beyond technical skills, it is attitudes, values, and management methods that determine the sustainability and strength of African businesses.
